Krystyna Medina

I’m Krystyna Medina, an artist working across food, place, and everyday life. My work moves between storytelling, journalism, and visual art, exploring how food connects to people, land, memory, and seasonal living. Through my publications, I document food systems and small farms across the country while also sharing personal reflections, sketches, recipes, and letters from my own daily life and creative practice. Together, my work lives in two forms: one that looks outward at the world of food and farming, and one that looks inward at the lived experience of creating, noticing, and gathering the small moments that shape a life.
