How it works
- •Each month you'll receive: • Thoughtful Christ-centered encouragement • Beautiful keepsake letters and postcards • Gentle reminders of your worth and God's love • A peaceful pause from the noise of everyday life • Meaningful themes centered on hope, grace, peace, and truth • Encouragement you can revisit whenever you need it most
- •Subscription & Billing: Letters of Light is a recurring monthly subscription. Your membership will automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before your next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Ko-fi account. Cancellations will take effect before the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed for that month's shipment.
- •Monthly Enrollment Cutoff: To allow time for preparation and fulfillment, subscriptions received on or before the 25th of the month will receive the upcoming month's mailing. Subscriptions received after the 25th of the month will begin with the following month's mailing.
- •Shipping & Delivery: Letters of Light is a physical snail mail subscription. Deliveries are prepared and mailed monthly. Shipping times may vary depending on postal service operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Letters of Light cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Members are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate mailing address. Letters of Light is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the subscriber.
- •Refund Policy: Due to the nature of physical products and subscription fulfillment, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for: Shipped deliveries Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber Subscription payments already processed If your delivery arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
- •Content & Materials: All letters, written content, designs, artwork, printables, and materials provided through Letters of Light remain the intellectual property of Letters of Light. Membership content is intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
- •Changes to Membership: Letters of Light reserves the right to make changes to monthly themes, designs, included items, shipping schedules, pricing, or membership offerings as the club evolves. Any significant changes will be communicated to active members.
