Notes
What's Included
- •💌 A personal letter from me, with studio updates, little stories, and behind-the-scenes peeks.
- •🎨 An exclusive ratty themed postcard or mini print, only available through mail club orders.
- •🎁 A surprise extra, which could be anything from stickers, bookmarks, mini comics, stationery, or other fun rat-themed treats.
How it works
- •Joining the club: If you join between the 1st-16th of the month, you'll receive the following month's post. If you join after the 16th, you'll be popped onto the wait list and receive the edition for the month after that.
- •International Non-EU & free shipping: Open to members in the UK, North America, Asia-Pacific, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland. Delivery times may vary by country. Postage is included in your membership so there is no extra cost at checkout!
- •Dispatch & delivery: Letters are shipped at the beginning of each month. Post is sent using standard postal stamps to help keep memberships affordable. As a result, tracking is not available. Once you receive a dispatch email, please allow up to 21 days for your envelope to arrive.
- •Billing & subscription: You'll be billed on the same day each month that you originally subscribed & can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you've already been billed for the current month's edition & then cancel, you'll still receive that month's post.
- •Lost or delayed post: If your envelope hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery period, it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please reach out to me with your full name, shipping address and the date you joined. I'll do my best to resolve the issue.
- •Your name, address and email are used only to manage your subscription, post your mail and contact you about your order.
- •Each mailing includes a letter, an exclusive postcard art print, and a surprise paper goodie such as a sticker, a bookmark, a mini comic, a greeting card or similar.
- •Contents change every month, so every envelope is a surprise.
- •Every envelope is lovingly packed with care, making it feel like a little gift waiting for you each month.
- •By subscribing, you agree to these terms and understand that the contents of each month's envelope will vary.
