How it works

• •Once payment is confirmed, I'll prepare and send your first Snail Mail Club package, all made just for you.

• •Each month's package features a brand new illustration inspired by the latest comic updates. Every design is different. Every package is fresh.
• •To keep things simple and avoid confusion, I send mail every month. I don't combine packages - each month's mail goes out on its own. No waiting for two or three months' worth of mail. Just happy mail, every month.
• •Mail goes out on the 1st of every month.
• •Please join by the 20th of the month to receive that month's mail. If you join after the 20th, your first package will ship on the 1st of the following month.
• •Please update your address by the 22nd of the month to ensure your package is sent to the right place. You can update your address in your Posthouse settings.
• •Shipping is included worldwide. One price. No hidden fees. Your happy mail travels from my desk in Malaysia to your mailbox anywhere in the world - shipping is already covered in your tier price.
• •Domestic mail usually takes 3–7 days. International mail can take 1–4 weeks. If your package hasn't arrived after 4 weeks (international) or 2 weeks (domestic), please message me and I'll check on it for you.
• •All packages are sent via Pos Malaysia Registered Mail with a tracking number for both domestic and international shipments. You'll receive your tracking number once your package is shipped.
• •I ship worldwide. Shipping is already included in your tier price.
• •You can cancel or pause anytime through your Posthouse settings. No hard feelings.
• •I already have five months of physical rewards ready in advance. This means less pressure, fewer delays, and better quality mail for you.
