The Umami Paperie Mail Club takes that idea and puts it in your mailbox. Every edition explores a piece of food culture, something familiar, and shares what makes it unique to that culture but similar enough to not be a scary thing to try. Through Umami Paperie you learn that food is one of the easiest ways to discover that different doesn’t always mean unfamiliar.
